WHO IS A ROLY-POLY FOX?
Fox – the cute and adorable amigurumi is the 6th design inside a cool collection named “Roly-Poly Mystery Collection” – a year-long collaboration between Anvi’s Granny and Hooked by Kati. The coolest thing: all the patterns are no-sew or minimal sewing amigurumi designs, which are great for busy crocheters who don’t want to struggle with sewing tasks.
And like the name of the collection, you don’t know which animals will be there There are some real animals and some fantasy creatures, but I promise, they are all cute and fun to crochet!

WHY A FOX?
This month’s mystery animal Max – the Fox was designed by me – Joy of Anvi’s Granny. Do you believe that among almost 100 amigurumi designs, I have no fox? How could I miss such a cute animal? So this month I decided to choose the red fox to be my mystery animal.
Yup, the cute and little amigurumi fox crochet-free pattern is a no-sew crochet project, isn’t it cool? When designing this pattern, I wanted to create a woodland animal and show my love for cute animals! And of course, this mini fox is the cutest animal toy for children in the world. So, meet Max, the mini red fox amigurumi.
With this free stuffed fox toy pattern, as in other Roly-Poly designs, you don’t need to sew anything following the crochet instructions.
And as a print-friendly version with text-only and photos separately arranged on different pages, you could easily choose to print the crochet instruction to save the ink, or crochet along with more than 35 tutorial photos. - DK yarn or worsted weight yarn (Some of my favorite yarns for amigurumi: Lion Brand, Jeans Yarnart, Red Heart)
- 2.5mm hook for DK and 3.5mm for worsted weight yarn (My most used hooks: Tulip, Clover, Furls Crochet)
